Job summary

Heron Foods is seeking a part-time Retail Team Leader for 20 hours per week at our store in Wombwell, Barnsley. You will lead by example, motivate colleagues and ensure high standards of customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role includes stock management, opening/closing duties as a keyholder, and helping the store achieve daily targets. This is a great step for someone aiming to showcase leadership and reliability in retail.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Retail Team Leader, you’ll play a key part in the day-to-day success of the store, including:
