Job summary

Heron Foods in the UK is hiring a Store Supervisor to help lead the store alongside management, motivate the team, and deliver a great customer experience in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

You’ll open and close the store as needed, guide and support your team to meet goals, resolve customer queries with a friendly approach, keep shelves stocked and clean, and assist with stock deliveries and back-of-house organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail leadership role such as Supervisor, Shift Leader, or Team Leader.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A hands-on, team-first attitude with great customer focus.
• The confidence to lead and the energy to make things happen.

Responsibilities

• Guiding and supporting your team to meet store goals and deliver great service.

What You’ll Be Doing
