Job summary

Heron Foods Limited is seeking a Senior Part-Time Sales Assistant for our Great Bridge Tipton store. You will lead a small team on shift, drive customer service excellence, and manage stock with a focus on store presentation.

You’ll act as a keyholder as needed and support the store's smooth operation within a 12-hour weekly schedule, earning up to £13 per hour with a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail or hospitality.
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Key-holder experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supporting and motivating the team to deliver exceptional results.
