Asda Stores Ltd is seeking a Team Leader for the Dartford Living store to oversee daily department operations during the afternoons. The role carries a 36-hour workweek with a permanent, full-time contract and a starting pay of £15.35 per hour.

You will lead by example, support colleagues, manage stock as needed, and help train new starters while ensuring exceptional customer service and a smooth shop floor operation.

Formación

• Experience working in a retail or customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to take on responsibility and support others.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day running of your department and set an example for colleagues.
• Support teammates, answer questions, and keep operations running smoothly.
• Help manage stock, onboarding of new starters, and problem solving on the shop floor.
• Collaborate with your manager to maintain high standards and motivate the team.
