Job summary

Asda in Pentwyn is seeking a Team Leader to manage the day-to-day running of a department on a permanent, full-time basis. You'll lead by example, support colleagues, manage stock, and ensure first-class service for customers on day shifts.

You’ll work with your store manager to uphold high standards, motivate your team, and handle weekend/evening shifts as needed. The role offers a 36-hour week, a pay rate of £14.10 per hour, and a comprehensive set of colleague benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a retail or customer-facing environment.
