Poundland is hiring a Team Leader to support the Store and Assistant Manager in delivering an exceptional shopping experience. You’ll lead the team on the shop floor and in the warehouse, ensuring high standards in deliveries, merchandising, and daily operations.

We are looking for someone with energy, organisation, and a passion for people and customer service. Training and development are offered to help you progress, with clear paths to higher roles within Poundland.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is needed.
• Some leadership experience would be a bonus but not essential.
• A positive, proactive approach and strong teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage deliveries and merchandising on the shop floor and in the warehouse.
• Support daily operations and help keep standards high.
• Motivate and lead the team to deliver great customer service and results.
• Work to ensure efficient day-to-day store performance and operations.
