Job summary

Heron Foods is seeking a driven Retail Team Leader to drive store performance and inspire the team on a day-to-day basis. This role places you at the heart of delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a well-presented store, and guiding colleagues to meet targets.

You will manage stock, support deliveries, and take on keyholder responsibilities, including opening and closing shifts when required, in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Brings some experience in a supervisory, team leader, or keyholder role in retail or hospitality.

Responsibilities
