Job summary

Mountain Warehouse is seeking a proactive Team Leader for the Swindon Outlet. You will lead and motivate a retail team, drive strong customer service, merchandising, and daily store operations to deliver outstanding shopping experiences.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Development: Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment; coach, train, and mentor your team; keep your team informed and engaged; empower with up-to-date product knowledge.
• Operational Excellence: Uphold shop floor standards, stock presentation and organisation; oversee daily store operations; lead visual merchandising to create an inviting space; prioritise Health & Safety.
• Sales & Performance: Motivate the team to meet/exceed sales targets and KPIs; identify growth opportunities for team members and plan development.
• Customer Experience: Set the standard for exceptional service; resolve customer concerns promptly; represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm; build connections in the local community.
