Mountain Warehouse is seeking a Team Leader for our Swanage store. This part-time, permanent role focuses on leading a retail team to deliver excellent customer service and store standards.

You will guide daily operations, coaching staff, maintaining visual merchandising, and ensuring health and safety. A proactive, customer-focused leader will thrive, driving KPIs and a welcoming store environment.
