Job summary

Poundland is seeking a Team Leader to support the Store and Assistant Manager in delivering an outstanding shopping experience for customers. You’ll lead on the shop floor, assist with deliveries, merchandising, and daily operations while keeping standards high and the team energized.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is needed and some leadership experience would be a bonus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team and support the Store and Assistant Manager to deliver a fantastic shopping experience.
• Manage deliveries and merchandising, and support daily operations to keep standards high on the shop floor and in the warehouse.
• Motivate the team, support store performance, and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
