Poundland in Gateshead is recruiting a Team Leader to support the Store and Assistant Manager in leading the team and delivering a fantastic shopping experience daily.
You will manage deliveries, merchandising and daily operations on the shop floor and in the warehouse, motivate the team, and foster a welcoming, high-service environment. Retail experience is essential; leadership experience is a bonus.
Qualifications
- Retail experience is required.
- Some leadership experience would be a bonus but not essential.
- Strong teamwork and customer service mindset.
Responsibilities
- Manage deliveries and merchandising on the shop floor and in the warehouse.
- Support daily operations and maintain high standards.
