Job description

Retail Team Leader

Salary: £30,943, increasing to £32,010 on completion of training. Plus, either a company car or car allowance.

Location: Durham

*Access to wages from 3 days after shift completion*, Immediate Start, Holiday Pay

As a Retail Stocktaking Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering end-to-end stock taking services at our client's sites. The shifts vary, and flexibility is required as you will travel to different client sites daily and may stay away from home occasionally.

Days: Monday - Sunday (up to 5 days in a 7-day pattern, with flexibility possible)

Hours of Work: Evening/Night shifts

Responsibilities:

• Ensure procedures and processes are followed
• Deliver exceptional customer service on all sites
• Complete stock counts accurately and timely
• Monitor and improve team productivity

Person Specification:

• Full Driving License
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Effective communication with all levels
• Basic IT skills
• Ability to work under pressure and remain focused
• Good time management and self-supervision
• Willingness and ability to travel

Additional Notes:

• Prolonged standing and use of step stools/ladders required
• Work may be in warehouses or retail premises with high-level stock access
• Unsociable hours, early mornings, or night shifts; applicants under 18 are not eligible
