Our Purpose

The North East Lincolnshire Community Educational Psychology Service is deeply committed to making a positive impact in our community through our work as applied Educational Psychologists within a Local Authority.

Under new management and guided by our EMBRACE framework, we support the wider Local Authority vision of Our Children, Our Future. We emphasize connection, belonging, and strong, supportive relationships, working collaboratively with strategic partners and prioritizing inclusivity, person-centred principles, and genuine partnerships.

We are seeking qualified HCPC registered Educational Psychologists and those soon to qualify to support our service's growth, contributing to a consultation-led, inclusive model, including offering training, supervision, and therapeutic assessments and interventions.

The Role

Joining our expanding team means being part of an innovative, supportive environment that aligns with our LA vision and values. You will provide high-quality psychological advice for statutory duties and support traded services such as school support, project work, and training programs like ELSA, National Autistic Programmes, Emotion Coaching, and Relational Approaches. You will work from offices in Grimsby Town Centre and collaborate with services across North East Lincolnshire, including Public Health, Social Care, and Family Hubs.

This hybrid role offers a mix of on-site and remote work, promoting work-life balance. We provide CPD, supervision, growth opportunities, and value autonomy.

We welcome applications from both full-time and part-time candidates.

  • Creative, flexible, and solution-focused, with a strong emphasis on understanding lived experiences,
