Ideal candidates will have experience in fast-paced retail, strong communication, and a proactive approach to staff development, merchandising, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Have experience supervising others in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
• Be confident supporting colleagues and leading by example on the shop floor.
