Retail Support Analyst

Role Profile

Reports to: Facilities/Compliance Manager

Location: Glasgow, office based

Salary: Dependent on experience

Hours: 42.5 hours per week (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Role Overview

With a service-oriented mindset and the customer’s best interest at heart, as a Retail Support Analyst you will be responsible for supporting our retail stores across the United Kingdom.

What does a typical day look like?

• Providing retail stores with fast, consistent, and high-quality support
• Carrying out stock take investigations
• Updating stock batch records
• Supporting with stock control issues
• Recording transfer discrepancies
• Inputting uniform stock adjustments
• Allocating expense codes
• Recording theft issues
• Carrying out filing and general administration tasks
• Performing any other ad-hoc duties within the Retail Support team
