Retail Support Analyst

Role Profile

Reports to: Facilities/Compliance Manager

Location: Glasgow, office based

Salary: Dependent on experience

Hours: 42.5 hours per week (8:30am to 5:30pm)

Role Overview

With a service-oriented mindset and the customer's best interest at heart, as a Retail Support Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting our retail stores across the United Kingdom.

What does a typical day look like?

• You will offer retail stores fast, consistent, and high-quality support.
• You will carry out stock take investigations.
• You will be responsible for updating stock batch records.
• You will support stock control issues.
• You will record transfer discrepancies.
• You will input uniform stock adjustments.
• You will allocate expense codes.
• You will record theft issues.
• You will carry out filing and general administration tasks.
• Plus any other ad-hoc duties within the Retail Support team.
