Retail Support Analyst

Role Profile

Reports to: Facilities/Compliance Manager

Location: Glasgow, office based

Salary: Dependent on experience

Hours: 42.5 hours per week (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Role Overview

With a service-oriented mindset and the customer’s best interest at heart, as a Retail Support Analyst you will be responsible for supporting our retail stores across the United Kingdom.

Typical Day

• Provide fast, consistent, high-quality support to retail stores
• Conduct stock take investigations
• Update stock batch records
• Support stock control issues
• Record transfer discrepancies
• Input uniform stock adjustments
• Allocate expense codes
• Record theft issues
• Perform filing and general administration tasks
• Assist with any other ad-hoc duties within the Retail Support team
