Retail Supervisor, Premium Retailer, Essex, £30,000-£32,000

We’re working with a growing premium retail brand in Loughton to find an experienced and driven Retail Supervisor.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-quality retail environment and take a key leadership role with clear progression as the business expands.

The Role

As Retail Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the store, maintaining high standards, and helping to lead and motivate the team.This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where your leadership will make a visible impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising store staff and supporting team performance throughout your shift
• Taking the lead on stock replenishment and merchandising

• Supporting with opening and closing duties and ensuring operational excellence
