Retail Supervisor – Part Time, 20 hours

We are seeking a new retail supervisor for our shop in Inverness, Highland. This is a permanent part-time position with a variety of shifts, averaging at least 20 hours per week, including some weekends.

Pay & Benefits:

Hourly rate of £13.11, guaranteed minimum of 20 hours per week, earning at least £262 weekly. Overtime may be available for additional earnings.

As a retail supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the management team to lead the shop and ensure excellent customer service
• Managing shop operations in the manager's absence, including customer care, deliveries, and maintaining shop routines
• Opening and closing the shop, handling cash, placing orders, and developing the team of retail assistants
• Controlling operational costs such as shrinkage, waste, and payroll
