Compass Group UK&I is recruiting a dedicated Retail Supervisor on a part-time basis (30 hours/week) to help ensure smooth operations in a major High Street brand.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly.
• Supervising a team and creating a positive environment where the team feel welcomed and supported.
• Being a responsible key holder.
• Using the till, taking orders and receiving payments.
• Assisting with weekly bookwork and other duties as necessary.
• Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines.
• Placing orders for stock to maintain correct stock levels.
• Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team are proactive at all times.
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations.

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Retail Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in a major High Street brand on a part time basis, contracted to 30 hours per week.
