Job summary

Cotton Traders in Andover is seeking an enthusiastic Retail Supervisor to join our team. You’ll help deliver a standout customer experience, deputise for the Store Manager on 2 days a week and during holidays, and help merchandise the store in line with our brand.

You’ll manage stockrooms, ensure replenishment, lead the team with the Store Manager, and stay flexible to meet KPIs. Applicants must be 18+ to cover opening/closing hours and lone working.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering high-quality customer service.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a retail team.
• Comfortable working to KPIs and targets.
• Willingness to use technology and retail software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a true and engaging customer experience.
• Deputise for the Store Manager on 2 days of the week and during holidays.
• Merchandise the store in line with brand guidance.
• Manage stockrooms and ensure replenishment and stock control.
