Are you passionate about the circular economy, charity retail, and making a positive impact on the community? We have a rare and exciting opportunity for you to shine as a Retail Supervisor at our vibrant Bicester Warehouse shop.

• Current store operating days are Monday – Sunday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm. The shop also participates in occasional weekend events (including Sundays).
• This role is for 37.5 hours per week.
• These hours are to be worked across 5 days, 7.5 hours per day (excluding a 30-minute break).
• To provide flexibility in the rota, the role holder must have availability over 7 operating days.
