The Floor Manager plays a crucial role in upholding these standards by leading by example, inspiring the team, and embodying our entrepreneurial spirit. Responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring efficient store operations to maximize customer service, sales, and profitability.
2. Supporting management in personnel, product, and merchandising functions.
3. Communicating sales goals and performance metrics to staff daily.
4. Conducting shift-end meetings to review performance, provide feedback, and recognize achievements.
5. Implementing best practices in customer service, operations, loss prevention, and POS.
6. Achieving sales targets and KPIs such as sales per hour and units per transaction.
7. Monitoring competitor activity and community insights to inform strategies.
8. Fostering quality relationships with customers and resolving complaints effectively.
9. Analyzing store reports and creating action plans for improvement.
10. Managing daily operational issues and store opening/closing procedures.
