Job summary

Farmfoods Ltd. is recruiting an Apprentice Supervisor for our Wolverhampton shop. This permanent, full-time role offers 35 hours per week across 5 days, with a starting pay of £13.61 per hour.

You will receive 6 weeks holiday, a 15% staff discount, and a benefits package as part of our team. Training leads to a Customer Service Specialist level 3 apprenticeship. You will be mentored by experienced staff, complete coursework, and have regular assessments.

Qualifications

• Flexible with shifts and able to cover holidays and varying hours.
• Willing to complete the DBS/Disclosure checks as required.

Responsibilities

• Make customers feel welcome with a smile and greeting.
• Help customers find items and provide fast, friendly service at tills.
• Assist with packing and leaving a positive goodbye to customers.
• Handle stock and deliveries; place items in freezers and on shelves.
• Support manager in leading the team to run an efficient shop.
• Open and close the shop, manage cash, and assist with ordering.
