Job summary

Farmfoods in Wolverhampton is seeking an Apprentice Supervisor to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. You will earn £13.61 per hour from day one and work 35 hours across five days each week, with ongoing support and training as you complete the Level 3 Customer Service Specialist apprenticeship.

You will gain hands-on supervision experience, regular assessor visits, paid study time, and clear progression paths into shop management.

Qualifications

• Friendly, positive, hardworking approach to work.
• Enjoy being busy with varying tasks.
• Reliable and flexible shifts planned three weeks in advance.
• Complete apprenticeship coursework and DBS/Disclosure checks if required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a friendly smile and greet them on arrival.
• Help customers locate items and provide fast, friendly till service.
• Assist with stock handling, deliveries, and stocking freezers and cupboards.
• Open/close shop, handle cash, place orders, and support the manager.
