What you'll do

Retail Supervisor Apprentice in Nuneaton Bermuda Park

40 hours per week

This isn’t your average store job. Many of our Senior Managers started on the shop floor, making this a great opportunity to gain valuable skills for the future. You’ll learn about the business, relationship building, self-motivation, and more, preparing you for a range of career paths within Toolstation or the wider Travis Perkins group.

You’ll be a permanent team member, supporting the Store Manager as a Supervisor while studying towards a Level 3 Apprenticeship.

Building relationships: As the face of Toolstation, you’ll create excellent customer relationships.

Motivating: Support your team and foster a positive store culture.

You’ll also take the lead on:

• Sales and service: Growing sales through repeat customers and brand loyalty.
• Stock and process: Ensuring customers find the products they need, encouraging repeat business.

What you'll bring

• Hard work and passion: No retail experience needed. You should be over 18 and have experience as a supervisor or team leader, with a passion for people.
