MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  1. Open and close the store following the correct company procedures.
  2. Encourage continuous improvement through ongoing feedback.
  3. Support the Store Management team on overall store and back of house standards.
  4. Assist in training and coaching Associates.
  5. Achieve personal KPIs and contribute to overall store performance.
  6. Deliver total customer satisfaction to every customer, from entry to exit.
  7. Help ensure the store remains as commercial as possible following company guidelines.
  8. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  9. Maintain health, safety, and environmental standards in the store.
  10. Perform other duties as required by the management team.
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:
  1. Be a team player.
  2. Previous retail experience or proven experience in a team environment is desirable.
  3. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
  4. Have a passion for retail and sales.
  5. Possess a desire to learn.
  6. Ability to perform basic maths and general retail operational processes.
  7. Understanding of POS register systems.
  8. Effective communication skills.
  9. Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays.
