Retail Supervisor in Tamworth

35 hours per week with the opportunity to increase to 40 hours later this year

This role involves serving customers, supporting the Store Manager, checking deliveries, picking items from the warehouse, and stocking shelves. The environment can be hot or cold, but pride in your work and team will make a difference.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Supporting the Store Manager in their absence, motivating and coaching the team to achieve targets.
• Checking and unpacking deliveries, stocking shelves, cleaning, and preparing orders.
• Providing excellent customer service and coaching the team to do the same.
• Building relationships with customers to ensure they leave satisfied.
• Maintaining high standards and a welcoming environment in the branch.
• No retail experience needed; focus on delivering great service, and we will teach you the rest.
• Being a team player, positive, reliable, flexible, and authentic.
