Job summary

inploi is seeking a Retail Supervisor in Cambridgeshire for a permanent, full-time role. You will lead a team in a fast-paced high street retailer, motivate colleagues, smash targets, and help customers feel valued.

Based at the NEW STORE PETERBOROUGH BROTHERHOOD, shifts include mornings and evenings across weekdays and weekends; 16-hour and 28-hour contracts with potential to take on additional hours; salary is £13.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailer preferred.
• Understanding of retail KPI including sales, profit and service.
• Ability to help others develop and improve their skills.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Motivate others and keep energy high in a fast-paced store environment.
• Lead the team to smash targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Support day-to-day running of the store alongside management.
• Keep shelves stocked, store looking its best, and reduce shrinkage and till errors.
• Contribute to achieving store targets and smooth operations.
• No two days are the same, making the role engaging.
