Job summary

Superdrug is inviting applications for a part-time Supervisor role at our Inverness store. The job is 16 hours a week with weekend cover, offering flexible shifts and the chance to lead a small team while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will support the store management with daily operations, drive sales, ensure product availability, and keep the store looking its best. Training is provided for optional piercing services; experience is valued but not essential.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience in a fast-paced high street retailer.
• Understanding of retail KPIs including sales, profit and service.
• Ability to develop and improve colleagues' skills.
• Willingness to perform piercing services (training provided, not essential).

Responsibilities

• Support the management team with day-to-day store operations.
• Drive sales and deliver excellent customer service.
• Keep shelves stocked and the store looking its best.
• Help reduce shrinkage and till errors.
• Contribute to hitting targets and smooth store running.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailerpreferred
• Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators; including sales, profit and service
• The ability to help others to develop and improve their skills
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role)
