As a retail supervisor, you’ll serve customers, support the Store Manager, check deliveries, pick items from the warehouse, and stock shelves. It can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. But if you take pride in your work and your team’s efforts, our customers will notice and love us all the more for it.

What you'll do

• Supporting: Standing in for the Store Manager when needed, motivating and engaging the team, coaching to grow sales and achieve targets.
• Mucking in: Checking and unpacking deliveries, stocking shelves, cleaning, and assembling orders.
• Delivering great service: Providing excellent customer experiences with a positive attitude, and coaching the team to do the same.
• Asking questions and building relationships: Ensuring customers leave satisfied with everything they need.
• Building a fun working environment: Maintaining high standards and a welcoming atmosphere in the branch.
