The Role

We look for our Team Leaders to possess more than just management skills. You’ll be hands-on one moment and coaching your team the next—think on your feet! We see you as the future Store Managers of Superdrug.

• Assist the management team with daily store activities
• Drive sales and ensure excellent customer service and store standards
• Help maximize profit by reducing shrinkage, damages, till errors, and costs

About you

• Experience in supervisory or team leadership roles within a fast-paced retail environment
• Understanding of retail KPIs such as sales, profit, and service
• Confidence, resilience, ambition, and the ability to develop others
• Willingness to perform piercing services (training provided; not essential)
• High performers can progress within the company, as we promote from within
