Trading Team Leader: £12.49 rising to £13 per hour.

Starting salary: approximately £22,731.80, rising to £23,660 per year, plus overtime.

Our store in Exeter is looking for a minimum of 35 hours per week for a Trading Team Leader.

As a Trading Team Leader at Dunelm, your main focus will be a wonderful combination of customer service and product knowledge. You’ll have a keen eye for merchandising, knowing exactly what our customers want and when.

Our Team Leaders are a fundamental part of the leadership team in store. They are truly valued members of the managerial team, trusted with responsibilities such as key holding, rotas, cash handling, and hosting store team briefs. You will also contribute to recruiting new colleagues, training them, and supporting them throughout each day.
