A community-focused retail organization in Cardiff seeks a part-time Customer Team Leader to lead a friendly team, deliver exceptional customer service, and support store operations. Responsibilities include coaching team members, managing stock accuracy, and engaging with the local community. Candidates should possess strong people skills and organizational abilities. As a Customer Team Leader, you'll be part of a friendly team that's dedicated to helping our customers. We'll look to you to help lead the store team – coaching and supervising our Customer Team Members and deputising for the Store Manager, while also delivering great customer service and performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re‑stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.

Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, part‑time, permanent.
Working pattern: Varied shifts including early mornings, late evenings and weekends.
