What we are looking for in a Store Manager

An experienced people leader who can lead a diverse team to deliver a high-quality customer experience while prioritising safety. A manager with strong leadership qualities to grow and coach their team, demonstrating bp’s values. Ability to effectively prioritise daily operations and maximise the value of our products and services.

What you are responsible for

As a Store Manager, you will lead the team and oversee all aspects of the Forecourt and Store operations, including our Wild Bean Café.

• Ensure the store operates safely and legally, adhering to bp’s HSSE, food safety, and compliance policies
• Lead and develop the store team to achieve customer and operational excellence, identifying growth opportunities
• Maximise financial performance and KPIs through store efficiency and productivity
• Manage people-related tasks such as engagement, development, training, and recruitment
