We have a Store Manager position available with an exciting multichannel retailer, overseeing a high-profile store.
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the daily management of the team, ensuring excellent service and retail standards. Your duties include achieving store objectives related to sales, inventory control, and customer service, while upholding our company values and principles.
Key responsibilities include driving sales through planning and analysis, managing returns, complaints, and customer service issues effectively, and participating in product launches and visual merchandising in line with business guidelines. Maintaining visual standards consistent with our merchandising philosophy is also essential.
