Convenience Store Manager - What?

A Store Manager at Greens Retail is responsible for the overall management and operation of your store. We seek exceptional individuals who embrace challenges and strive to make our stores some of the best in the country. Your typical day will include:

• Leading and developing a strong team to deliver excellent customer service
• Creating an exceptional working environment
• Building strong relationships with the local community and hosting events
• Managing daily store operations, ensuring high standards
• Recruiting, mentoring, training colleagues, and shift planning
• Driving the store's growth and ensuring KPIs are met while preparing for the future
• Maintaining a clean, efficient operation in compliance with health & safety and other policies

Managers are expected to work at least 40 hours per week over 5 days, including evenings and weekends as needed. We offer a flexible working approach to accommodate store needs.

• Management discretionary bonus (up to 15% of salary)

What do I need?

• Food retail experience (preferred)

Beyond experience, you should demonstrate a willingness to deliver, passion for retail, and strong attention to detail.
