Reed in Harrogate is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead a premium women’s fashion store in Harrogate town centre. You will drive sales, coach a seven-strong team and recruit top talent, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and strong brand representation.

You will report to the Head of Retail and collaborate with Head Office to deliver growth, commercial performance and operational excellence from day one.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Fashion Retail Manager to join a growing premium women's fashion brand in the heart of Harrogate.

This is not a corporate retail environment where you're simply keeping the lights on. This is a brand with ambition, personality and significant growth plans. You'll have the chance to play a key role in shaping the success of a beautiful, high-profile store whilst developing a passionate team and representing a brand that continues to evolve.

Due to business needs, we're looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.

The Opportunity

Based in a sought-after retail location within Harrogate town centre, you'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the store, leading a team of seven including a Supervisor and Key Holder.

Reporting directly to the Head of Retail, with support from the People & Culture team, you'll be empowered to make decisions, drive performance and create an exceptional customer experience.

We're looking for a leader who treats the business as their own, someone who is accountable, proactive and commercially focused, whilst recognising when to seek support and guidance.

Working Hours

• Monday to Sunday operation


• Two days off per week


• 9:00am - 6:00pm
