Job summary

Dreams Limited in Falkirk is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team and drive sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will coach staff, set targets, and champion store standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate the retail team to increase sales and customer satisfaction.

• Manage store rota to cover peak times and ensure the right people are scheduled.
• Walk the floor regularly to maintain exceptional customer experience.
