Job summary

Dreams Limited in Preston is seeking a Retail Sleep Expert to join our store team. You will engage customers, understand their sleep needs and guide them to high-value purchases, using Sleepmatch technology to recommend the best mattress.

The role includes meeting KPIs and enjoying uncapped commission with peak incentives. You’ll work full-time (38.5 hrs/wk) across 7 days, including weekends and bank holidays, with benefits like staff discounts, health provisions, and flexible buy-in schemes.

Responsibilities

• Make customers feel at home through exceptional service, listening to needs and guiding to the right products.

• Maintain store presentation and displays to a high standard.
