Dreams Limited in Loughborough is hiring a Full-time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional in-store service and guide customers to the right sleep solutions. You’ll use Sleepmatch technology to tailor recommendations, greeting shoppers from the moment they enter and assisting them through high-value purchases.

The role emphasizes customer-first service, ongoing learning, and a team-focused environment with opportunities to earn uncapped commissions and access wellbeing resources.
