Job summary

Naylor's Equestrian Llp is seeking a Store Colleague to deliver outstanding experiences on the shop floor. You will greet customers confidently, help them find products they love, check stock with in-store devices, and keep displays fresh and on-brand.

You will also support till operations and day-to-day tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings a positive, customer-focused mindset, strong communication, and a willingness to learn and grow within the business.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive, enthusiastic approach for fast-paced retail.
• Strong communication skills to engage customers and work in a team.
• Willingness to learn, take on new tasks, and develop in-store skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and seasonal busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with energy, help them find products they love.
• Use in-store devices to check stock, share options, and support the full experience.
• Keep shop floor clean, tidy, replenished, and displays on-brand.
• Assist with till work, restocking, and following safety/store guidelines.
