Cancer Research UK is seeking a part-time Retail Store Assistant for the Farnham shop. The role offers £12.71 per hour plus benefits, reporting to the Shop Manager in the Trading department.

Work includes assisting with customer service, driving sales and fundraising targets, and maintaining store standards. The ideal candidate has experience in busy customer service, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in busy customer service environment.
• Able to manage workload and work independently when required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible to rota-based retail shifts.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer and supporter service.
• Work with shop team to achieve sales and fundraising targets.
• Maintain shop standards including visuals, safeguarding compliance and health and safety.
• Create relationships with the local community and Cancer Research UK colleagues.
• Support fundraising events to achieve targets.
• Take keyholder responsibility as required (training provided).
• Handle manual handling and physical activity as required.
