Job summary

Cancer Research UK is seeking a part-time Retail Store Assistant for our Farnham shop on West Street. You will be the face of our brand, delivering excellent customer service and helping raise vital funds for cancer research.

Working 7.5 hours per week, you’ll join a lively team, support store standards, and engage with the local community. Previous retail experience is advantageous, but our training and benefits support your development.

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Understanding or interest in fashion.
  • Retail experience.

Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent customer and supporter service.
  • Working as an integral part of the shop team to achieve ambitious sales and fundraising targets.
  • Assisting with maintaining shop standards including visual presentation, safeguarding compliance and health and safety.
  • Creating relationships with your local community and Cancer Research UK colleagues.
  • Supporting fundraising events for your store to achieve fundraising targets.
