On is seeking a Store Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales in our London-area retail store. You will guide customers through their shopping journey, maintain stock levels, and execute visual merchandising plans.

We value a team with strong communication, organization, and a proactive approach to customer engagement. Weekend/evening availability is expected to support store performance.

Formación

• 1+ years of retail or customer service experience.
• Understanding of customer service excellence with ability to engage customers and provide effective solutions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to provide constructive feedback to improve store processes.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.
