We currently have an opportunity for Retail Stand Managers to join our amazing team at Preston North End Football Club.

Deepdale is a prestigious football venue, home to Preston North End, and steeped in history. It is the oldest professional football site in continuous use, since 1875.

Notable features include the ‘The Splash’ statue, built in 2004 to honor Sit Tom Finney, located outside ‘The Gentry Bar’ in the fan zone.

Role Responsibilities

• Attend pre-match managers' briefings and participate in required training.
• Monitor staff practices, assist with training and development, and handle staff complaints.
• Ensure bar and floor staff are attentive to guests' needs, working efficiently to minimize wait times.
• Welcome guests, take orders, serve beverages, and handle complaints effectively.
• Ensure staff are signed in, briefed, and allocated break times.
• Maintain a smart and professional appearance in line with company policies.
