We currently have an opportunity for Retail Stand Managers to join our amazing team at Blackburn Rovers Football Club.

We are looking for outstanding customer-focused individuals to join a world-leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression.

Role Responsibilities
  • Attend pre-match managers briefings and participate in training required by legislation and the company.
  • Monitor staff working practices and assist with training and development to ensure efficiency and productivity, addressing staff complaints as needed.
  • Ensure bar and floor staff are attentive to guests' needs, working promptly to minimize wait times.
  • Welcome guests, take orders, and serve beverages, handling complaints effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensure staff are signed in, briefed, and allocated break times.
  • Maintain a smart and presentable appearance in line with the company’s dress and appearance policy.
