Job Opportunity: Retail Security Officer at Kingdom Services Group Ltd

Join our team at a shopping centre in Cardiff, CF10 area. We offer a company award scheme, optional workplace pension, career progression, and access to a free online training academy for professional development.

Hours and Pay

Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week, shifts as per site rota, Monday to Sunday, with shifts from 07:00 to 16:00, 07:00 to 19:00, 16:00 to 01:00, and 19:00 to 07:00.

Pay: £12.21 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the shopping centre.
• Open and close the centre, handling keys and radios.
• Act as the first point of contact for visitors.
• Liaise with the client to fulfill security requirements.
• Complete security documentation.
• Coordinate with supervisors and managers.
• Protect the image of high-profile clients and the company.
• Supervise and control site access.
• Act as incident first responder when trained.

Person Specification

• Valid SIA and CCTV licences.
• Full five-year checkable employment history.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and flexible.
• IT skills.
