Job summary

Lidl GB in Rochester is seeking a Retail Shift Manager to lead store operations day and night, motivate the team, delegate tasks and uphold high standards. You will drive cash processes, stock management and customer service excellence throughout shifts.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate of £15.45, a full-time contract, bank holiday uplift, pro rata holiday entitlement of 30–35 days, 10% in-store discount and a comprehensive benefits package to support well-being and development.
