Job summary

Lidl GB is seeking a Retail Shift Manager in the United Kingdom. You will lead a fast-paced store team, ensure smooth operations, and drive excellent customer service. You’ll manage shifts, motivate staff, and handle stock, cash, and freshness to keep the store running like clockwork.

There is a competitive hourly rate (£15.45–£15.95) with extra pay for bank holidays and night shifts, plus a comprehensive benefits package. This role offers progression opportunities within Lidl’s supportive teams.
